• Size S/M: 14,5 cm to 20,5 cm wrist circumference (5.5" to 8")
• Size M/L: 18 cm to 24 cm wrist circumference (7" to 9.5")

These sizes are watch and strap together, so total wrist size. To measure your wrist size, you could use your watch and strap to measure your desired strap length. Alternatively, you could use a piece of string or paper to measure your wrist.
