1. Placing an order
1.1 How can I checkout my order?
Checking out with us is easy, quick, and of course a safe process. You can choose from multiple payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Klarna. Do you want to learn more about the different payment methods? Visit our payment methods page for more information.
1.2 I have accidentally given you the wrong address, what do I do?
If you have placed an order using the wrong adress, it's important to contact us as soon as possible. Visit the Contact Us page. Hopefully we are still in time to intercept your order, and change the address before it's handed over to our carrier.
Once your order is on the way, there is unfortunately no way to change your address. If the order is shipped to an existing address, such as your neighbour's, please notify them. If the address is incorrect altogether, your order will be returned to is in due time. Once we receive the returned order, we will ship it out to the correct address right away. You will be notified by e-mail when this happens.
1.3 What do I do if I've ordered the wrong product?
No worries! Contact us as soon as possible, and hopefully we still have time to change your order before it's handed over to our carrier. Have you already received your product, and is it not what you intended to order? Please read FAQ 3.3 for more information!
1.4 What happens to my personal information?
Your details are of course personal, and are not meant to be seen by anyone else. We strictly use your personal details for our administration and the shipping of your order. Your details are never shared with a third party or anyone who is not supposed to see them. On our Privacy Policy page you can read more about how we protect your personal information.
2. Shipping & Delivery
2.1 When will my order be shipped?
Thank you for your order! Have you placed your order before 9pm on a working day? Your items will be shipped the same day! This usually means your order will be delivered between 3 to 4 working days. Our items are shipped in mailbox packages, so there's no need to stay home to receive it.
2.2 How will my order be shipped?
All of our orders will be shipped in a mailbox package that fits right through your mailbox! This means you don't have to stay home to receive your package. You can follow where your package is using the tracking link that will be sent to you once the order is handed over to our carrier.
2.3 How much do you charge for delivery?
Orders under £25.00 will require a delivery fee of £1.99, we will send you a tracking number which allows you to follow the steps of your order. For purchases over £25.00, delivery will be FREE and will be sent the same day with a tracking number.
3. Returns
3.1 What is your return policy?
Our 100-day return policy ensures you can always exchange or return your product if something is wrong. We would highly appreciate to receive the original packaging if you do return your order.
Returning your items is easy and quick thanks to our returns form.
Any costs made for a return are at your own expense, unless you are choosing to return your item for store credit or for an exchange of a different product. You can mail your return back to us in a mailbox package. We are not responsible for lost returns, but you could choose to send your return to use with a tracking link.
3.2 I have mailed my return to you, what happens next?
As soon as we have received and processed your return, we will notify you by email. We will exchange your product as soon as possible. In case of a refund, your refund will be sent to you within 5 working days after receiving your return.
3.3 Can I exchange my product?
Yes, of course! Any product you purchase with us can be exchanged for something else. You can download our return form and choose which products to exchange. You can return your product for free. Don't forget to note down your order ID somewhere on the return!
3.4 Have you received my return?
After you have shipped your return to us, we expect to receive it between 5 to 8 working days. As soon as we have received your return, you will be notified by email. Within five working days, we will refund the transaction. If you've chosen to exchange, the new item(s) will be shipped to you straight away.
4. Resolving issues with your order
4.1 I have received the wrong item(s), what should I do?
We apologize for this mistake. Of course, we would want to resolve this as soon as possible! Please contact our customer service department as quickly as possible by emailing us at [email protected]. We will ship the correct item(s) to you straight away.
4.2 The items I have received look different, what should I do?
We are fully dedicated to displaying our products as accurately as possible on our website. There can always be discrepancies however. If there is anything we can assist you with, please don't hesitate to contact us as [email protected].
4.3 The item I received is damaged, what should I do?
We're very sorry to hear your product is damaged. We understand this is disappointing, our apologies. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible at [email protected]. Please send us a few images of the damage, so we can solve the issue as quickly as possible. Don't forget to notify us of your order ID so we can ship you a new product as soon as possible, when required.
4.4 The parcel I have received is incomplete, what should I do?
We're sorry to hear you didn't receive all the items you ordered. Contact us as soon as possible, and we will ship the remaining items to you straight away. You can contact us at [email protected]. Our apologies for the mistake!
