Have you placed your order before 9pm on a working day? Your order will be shipped the same day. All of our orders come with free shipping as standard. Your order is shipped using a letterbox parcel, meaning you don't have to stay at home to receive your parcel. Tracked shipping is available, a tracking link will be given to you once the order is shipped.

It can take up to 2-5 working days for your product to be delivered. 

We do not ship items to BOTs outside of Europe, including, but not limited to: Falkland Islands, Bermuda, Saint Helena.

Return policy

Received the wrong product?

We're very sorry to hear this, our apologies. Using our return form, you can easily notify us of the mistake. The correct item will be shipped to you directly.

Would you like to return your order?

We're very sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your item(s). Returning your items is no problem, you can do so after a maximum of 100 days after ordering. We will refund the full amount using the payment method you have selected. You can easily start the return process using our return form. 

Would you like to exchange an item?

In case you would like to exchange your item for something else, we ask you to fill in the return form. Here you can select which item(s) you want to exchange, and what you would like to exchange it for.

What happens after you post your return?

As soon as we receive your return, we will send you an email notification. Once we receive the product, your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as possible. A refund will take up to five working days to be processed. An exchange will be shipped to you the same day.
